Does La-Z-Boy offer a warranty?
Standard La-Z-Boy Warranties
The manufacturer, La-Z-Boy Incorporated, will pay reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace defective part(s) for one (1) year at no cost. There is no labor warranty on foam parts.
The limited one (1) year warranty for fabric COVERS Seam failure, Fabric Separation, Nap Loss.
IT DOES NOT COVER: Pilling, Dye Lot Match, Fading
The limited one (1) year warranty for Leather COVERS: Leather parts against manufacturing or material defects
Refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for specific terms and conditions of the warranty.
Does La-Z-Boy offer service calls?
La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries reserves the right to charge for Service Calls performed in the customer’s home.
- There will be a charge for all in-home calls.
- The Service Call will be waived if service is performed before 90 days after receipt of merchandise and merchandise was delivered by our delivery personnel within our standard delivery area.
- Service Calls will not be performed outside of our standard delivery area.
Repairs/Warranty terms and conditions
- All products are received subject to evaluation and remain the customer’s property.
- All repair costs not covered by warranty must be paid for in advance.
- All items not picked up by customers within 30 days of notification will be disposed of without recourse by the customer.
- Abuse or customer neglect to maintain a La-Z-Boy product will negate any/all warranties.
